This 90-minute SOMA IQ breathwork session is a deeply guided nervous system experience designed to help you release stored tension, regulate stress responses, and return to a grounded, steady state. Rather than pushing or forcing emotional release, SOMA IQ breathwork works with your body’s natural rhythms. Through intentional breathing patterns, we gently activate the nervous system and then guide it back into safety, calm, and integration.
This is slow, intentional work held in a supportive, contained environment.
