This breathwork experience is designed to help your nervous system slow down, settle, and return to a grounded, steady state. Through gentle, guided breathing and intentional rest, you’re given space to release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your body in a calm, supportive way.
If you’ve been feeling disconnected from yourself, overly self-critical, or stuck in a cycle of trying to fix what isn’t broken, this workshop was created for you. The Way Back to You is a gentle, in-person experience designed to soften inner pressure and rebuild safety, compassion, and self-trust through nervous system education, breathwork, and guided inner work. This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you are underneath the noise.
There comes a point when insight isn’t the issue anymore. You know what you want, yet taking action still feels hard. The Way Forward is an experiential workshop using breathwork and a guided Low Road-High Road hypnosis journey to help you move toward what matters with clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
Do I need prior experience with breathwork or hypnosis?
No. All experiences are guided step by step and designed to be accessible whether you’re brand new or have prior experience. Nothing is forced and you’re always invited to engage at your own pace.
What if I feel anxious or overwhelmed?
Your nervous system safety is a priority. You remain in control of your breath, your body, and your level of participation at all times. Grounding cues, options, and support are offered throughout each experience.
Are these events intense or emotionally cathartic?
No. These are regulated, intentional experiences focused on safety, awareness, and integration rather than pushing emotional release or intensity.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing and anything that helps you feel supported, such as a yoga mat, blanket, or eye mask. Specific details will be shared after registration.
Who might these experiences not be a good fit for?
These offerings may not be supportive if you’re looking for extreme breathwork, forced emotional release, or high intensity processing. The focus is gentle, nervous system aware work.
